UK Delivery - FREE
For most products we use Royal Mail 2nd Class. We call this our Free standard service. This is the default option in our shopping cart (unless your item is above 2kg or bulky). If you need risk free delivery we would suggest Guaranteed delivery. - Call 0208 801 5491
For those requiring Guaranteed Next Day - inc Saturdays (but not Sundays) We use Special Delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel Force if pack is over 2kg or bulky. This is an option you can choose to buy during the ordering process. Call 0208 801 5491
If your item is over 2kg or one of our 90 x90cm floor cushions then the default service is FED EX which delivers next Bussiness day (not Saturday) and is included as part of our standard service. You can also select Saturday delivery too for a little extra.
Saturday delivery can be guaranteed too by either Royal Mail Special Delivery and this can be chosen at the shopping cart too for additional delivery charge.
Royal Mail Strikes
We can still get your goods to you (excSundays). We recommend you have the goods delivered to a work address with our free courier upgrade. We are upgrading these deliveries to courier next biz day. Alternatively if you can't deliver to work, for +£2.99 extra you can upgrade your standard delivery to RM Special Delivery for most small packs (under 2kg) and Royal Mail, even when striking will try but not guarantee to deliver the Special Delivery's. Special Delivery's get priority treatment when the workforce gets back to work.
Adverse weather conditions
Due to adverse weather conditions deliveries in some parts of the country can be affected. We use both royal mail and city link to deliver our parcels, when your order has been dispatched you should be informed to which courier was used.

International - Calculated by checkout
For most products we use Royal Mail Signed For International. This is our standard and default service. It passes the packages to the local postal services for a recorded signed delivery. This can take up from 2-3 days at fastest up to 10-12 days long distance from UK or to remote areas even longer. Due to the variation in shipping prices for different destinations it may be necessary for us to charge more for the delivery than anticipated. If this was to happen we would call and discuss the increase with you and take additional payment to progress the shipment.
Courier services with FeDex are an option you can choose and this usually takes 1-2 days for not too much extra - and the tracking and speedy delivery guarantee is usually worth the extra..
Return or Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different . The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from welovecushions.co.uk for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to email@example.com. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
